Vape retailers should offer a recycling service on a like-for-like basis when you buy a replacement vape. Alternatively, please take the vapes to the electrical section of your local Recycling Centre. Please be aware: vapes present a very real fire hazard in the household waste or public bins. When they are crushed as part of waste processing, they can catch fire or explode.
