Report a missed bin
6-10 July: please place your bins out the night before collection this week, as our crews will be starting their rounds earlier to try and beat the heat. If your collection is affected, please continue to leave your bins out until the crews have been able to catch up.
If your bin collection has been missed, you can let us know using our online reporting service. You must make this report within two days of your missed collection. You should complete this from 4pm onwards on the first day of the missed collection, if completed before 4pm it may be rejected.
