Report a missed bin
You should only report a missed bin if:
- Your bin was put out on the correct day. Check your collection day using our online look up tool.
- Your bin was out before 6:30am on the day of collection.
- Your bin was on the boundary of your property.
- A sticker has not been placed on your bin stating we were not able to empty it. Learn more about Common Collection Problems.
Please report your missed collection within two days. Do not submit the report before 4pm on the first day after the collection was missed, as early submissions may be rejected.
Note: Please only report a missed Garden Waste collection if you have a paid for subscription to this service.
It may take up to 72 hours for your bin to be collected after it has been reported as missed.
