Assisted Bin Collection
Information on assisted bin collections and the form you need to submit if your household needs assistance in moving your bins to the kerbside for collection.
Our Assisted Bin Collection Service is offered to elderly residents, those with disabilities (such as sight impairment), or someone who cannot physically move or lift their containers to the kerbside on collection day and has no one living in the property who is able to help.
This may be a temporary or ongoing service that you require.
Please note, this service is not applicable for residents in blocks of flats with communal bins.
