Elections & Voting

Local Councillors are elected for the whole of the District, County, Town and Parish Councils once every four years, while parliamentary and European election dates are announced by the Government.

The District of East Hertfordshire has a population of approximately 144,000 and covers about 480 square miles on the eastern side of Hertfordshire.
