The council only issues physical parking tickets, which are placed on vehicle windscreens. We do not issue parking fines by text message. If you receive a parking fine via text and are unsure of its authenticity, please contact us before making any payment.
Please note that scheduled maintenance affecting our online services (including payments) will take place on the following days: 20th and 21st June, and 4th and 5th July. Find out more.
