How to report your change of address online
Below is a step by step guide on how to report a change of address online. Please make sure you read the moving in or moving out information above so that you have all the right documents to hand before you start.
Step 1: Click Report a Change of Address
Step 2: Select 'Sign in/Register'. Enter your Username and Password if you have one or you can click 'Register Now' if you have not yet created an account.
Step 3: Check your details are correct, if not select the 'Moving House' button.
Step 4: Add in your new address and any other details.
Step 5: Click 'Next' to save.
If you are not a Self-Service user and would like to notify of a change of address without registering, you can do this by filling out and submitting your information on the 'Report a Change of Address' page.
