How to set up an Online Account and E-billing

  1. Click to set up an online account and e-billing on the East Herts Council Self Service Dashboard
  2. Here you can 'Register' by clicking 'Register Now', or if you already have an account, 'Sign in' using your username and password.
  3. Check your details are correct
  4. Select 'e-Billing Sign-Up'
  5. Read the terms are conditions and tick the box at the bottom if you accept, and press 'continue'
  6. Enter your details and check them before clicking 'confirm'
  7. To complete the sign-up process please click the link sent to the email address you provided.
