Residents across East Herts are being invited to discover their creative side this autumn as Arts in East Herts returns for 2026, with a packed programme of arts and cultural activities taking place across the district in September and October.
The car park near Dicker Mill Industrial Estate and adjacent to Kingsmead Open Space, Hertford, will temporarily close from 6am on Thursday 3 September for approximately one week while repair and improvement works are carried out.
