Try self-help weight management

  • The NHS 12 week weight loss guide includes a meal plan and a schedule to help you track your food and exercise.
  • British Heart Foundation - take control of your weight - top tips for successful weight loss, simple food swaps and how to stay active after a heart event.

     

  • We know that it can be difficult to talk about death, dying and end of life wishes, but recognise that it can be harder for your loved ones if you don’t.
  • To help you Start the Conversation, we invite you to join one of our free workshops. You will learn more about Advance Care Planning and tips to help you start the conversation, with the space and permission to share your own thoughts and stories, and the opportunity to ask questions and learn from each other.
  • The UK Government also have multiple schemes that you could be eligible for when it comes to paying for funerals. Check if you are entitled to receive help with funeral costs.
