Old River Lane Delivery Board

The Old River Lane Delivery Board is responsible for leading the Old River Lane development, including monitoring progress and managing risks.

 Its current membership is:

  • Councillor Ben Crystal, Leader of the Council (Chair)
  • Councillor Sarah Hopewell, Executive Member for Wellbeing
  • Councillor Carl Brittain, Executive Member for Financial Sustainability
  • Councillor Mione Goldspink, Ward Member for Bishop’s Stortford North (also Deputy Leader and Executive Member for Neighbourhoods)
  • Councillor Miriam Swainston, Ward Member for Bishop’s Stortford North
  • Councillor Sarah Copley, Ward Member for Bishop’s Stortford North
  • Richard Cassidy, Project Sponsor
  • David Falco, Programme Manager
