Please see below a list of all planning application forms. Many of these are available on the Planning Portal. You can also download planning application forms and submit them in hardcopy.

Please note that we require a minimum of one hard copy of all documents, with the exception of Major Commercial or Housing developments where we require a minimum of two copies.

Biodiversity Net Gain Metric Calculation Tool

  • A Biodiversity Questionnaire [111KB] is required to be submitted with every application.
  • Biodiversity Net Grain Metric Calculation Tool - applications which the government’s mandatory biodiversity net gain applies to must be submitted with these metrics from 12th February (for major applications) and 2nd April (applicable minor applications). The metrics must be complete in accordance with the user guides available on this link. More details are available on the Mandatory Biodiversity Net Gain page.

Sustainability Checklist

The sustainable design and construction submission checklist needs to be submitted with applications for all new development (that result in a residential net gain of 1 dwelling and above or an increase in non-residential floorspace) and can also be used as part of the pre-application process.
