Following the introduction of three-weekly collections, East Herts and North Herts Councils have launched a new mobile app to help residents manage their waste and recycling more easily.
Residents across North and East Herts can now spot “Sweep Caroline” the street sweeper, “Dame Foodie Dench” the food waste collection truck, and “Binderella” the Refuse Collection Vehicle out on their rounds – just a few of the winning names chosen for the area’s waste collection fleet.
