Causeway and Charringtons car parks
Information for businesses and organisations on the use of Causeway and Charringtons car parks whilst closed ahead of redevelopment.
- East Herts Council will allow use of the space free of charge.
- The operator of the space will be responsible for maintaining site security and will be required to have full insurance for their activities and enter into a licence agreement with East Herts Council.
- Certain activities may be subject to planning permission or alcohol and entertainment licencing and the potential operator will need to make the relevant applications and the granting of a licence to occupy the land does not guarantee that any application will be granted by the council as planning or licencing authority.
