Following a competitive bidding process, East Herts District Council are excited to announce the launch of four projects, backed by over £270,000 of funding from the Department from Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, to innovatively use digital and design tools in the planning process.
The council’s Development Management Committee will meet on Thursday, 23 March, to consider Taylor Wimpey’s application for up to 1,500 new homes on the Gilston Villages development in East Herts, which forms part of Harlow and Gilston Garden Town (HGGT)*.
Walking and cycling routes are set to improve across East Herts as work starts on the district's Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plan (LCWIP).
The council’s Development Management Committee (DMC) will meet on Tuesday, 28 February, to consider Places for People’s application for up to 8,500 new homes at Harlow and Gilston Garden Town.
East Herts Council is hosting drop-in events to share information and answer questions about the planning application for up to 1,800 new homes north and east of Ware.
