Residents are being invited to help shape the future of East Herts as the council launches a public consultation on its new Local Plan, which will guide development across the district until 2044.
In collaboration with local artists, Ware Men’s Shed and the Lee Valley Regional Park Authority, East Herts Council has launched an art trail featuring nine upcycled and decorated benches that line the towpath linking Hertford and Ware.
