Environmental Information Regulations

If you would like information about the environment, eg information about land development, pollution levels, energy production or waste management, you can make a request under Environmental Information Regulations.

To make an EIR request either complete the Access to Information Request form below. 


The council may apply charges to access Environmental Information.

Staff Time -  £30/hour (incl VAT)

Access to Information Request form

    1. You MUST provide your name, and either your address or a valid email address for the council to respond to you.

    1. Please tell us the general subject of your request (Contaminated land) and the full details of your request (e.g. Please provide what areas of East Herts are on the contaminated land registry)
