Make an Information Request

Use this form to make a request for information

Before making an information request

If you have a general query relating to bin collections, green space, council tax or benefits etc. you can search our website or contact our customer service team. A Freedom of Information or Environmental Information request can be used to request information or documents but may not be the best way to have your query answered quickly.

These requests may take up to 20 working days to process and are not prioritised in the same way as a general customer request which my resolve your query quicker. However, if you require information or documents under the Freedom of Information Act or Environmental Information Regulations then please continue by completing the form below.

Please consider searching our information disclosure log as the information you need may have already been requested. Please also consider the Council's publication scheme to see if the information you are looking for has already been published.

You may also want to read our about information requests page for more information on how to ensure that your request is successful. Please be aware there will be certain requests we will not be able to complete, more information on this is available on our about information requests page.
