There is scheduled maintenance on our online services taking place over the following weekends from 8am: 20th and 21st June and 4th and 5th July.
Only the following services will remain available during both weekends:
- Automated telephone payments – 01279 502222
- Automated Parking Payments Line – 01279 502100
All other services will be unavailable, including:
- Online payments
You will be able to browse the website as normal.
Why this work is important
This is a major, complex upgrade involving our ICT team, third‑party suppliers, and key business users. It will:
- Improve network stability and performance
- Strengthen security and resilience
- Support a more robust, future‑ready environment
- Enable the next phase of our wider network upgrade programme
