Archaeological investigations, being carried out as part of the development of Grange Paddocks in Bishop's Stortford, have uncovered evidence of a Roman town.  Oxford Archaeology are hosting a FREE open day on Saturday 23 April, from 10am to 4pm, for residents to come along and discover the findings for themselves.

Guided tours will run every 30 minutes, led by experienced archaeologists working on the site.  It’s FREE to attend and everyone is welcome.  Please make sure you wear appropriate footwear.  If you need any further information email Oxford Archaeology.
