Report Environmental Pollution

This page contains information on Environmental Pollution including the necessary form to report an issue.

There are many types of Environmental Pollution. Typical pollution complaints are:

  • Noise
  • Bonfires and / or dark smoke
  • Fumes or Gas emitted from domestic premises
  • Any insects emanating from relevant industrial, trade or business premises and being prejudicial to health or a nuisance
  • Artificial light emitted from premises and being prejudicial to health or a nuisance.

In order for us to to investigate instances of environmental pollution and nuisance, it will need to comply with one or more of the following;

  • unreasonably and substantially interfere with the use or enjoyment of a home or other premises
  • injure health or be likely to injure health

If you would like to reports incidents of animals kept in an unacceptable place or manner, please contact the RSPCA

15 MB limit.
Allowed types: gif, jpg, png.
100 MB limit per form.
