Nordic walking group in park holding up walking sticks
A gentle and patient introduction to walking with poles, Nordic walking is coming to Buntingford and Ware this month.

­­­­­­­Part of East Herts Council's Forever Active East Herts programme, it's ideal for people over 50 who haven't been active in a while. It's also perfect for anyone who suffers from weak joints and back pain. 

The classes will run for six weeks, starting from Tuesday June 12 until July 17. Cost is £3 a session and the first class is free. Poles will be provided.
