  1. Providing care to support on behalf of a relevant body (see above note) OR is employed to provide care and support to an individual to whom he/she was introduced by a charity
  2. Engaged or employed to do so for at least 24 hours a week
  3. In receipt of not more than £44 per week under this engagement 
  4. Resident in premises provided by the employer or relevant body 'for the better performance of his/her work'
