Great turn out for feel good fest

Hundreds of people went along to enjoy this year's Wellbeing Extravaganza at Rhodes Art Complex in Bishop's Stortford.

With around 25 stands providing information about the local health services on offer, as well as taster sessions in tai chi and yoga and some delicious food, it was a feel-good fest with something for everyone.

This free community day was hosted by East Herts Council's mental health champion Cllr Patricia Moore, and Claire Evans of The Centre of Wellbeing in Sawbridgeworth.

Cllr Moore said: "Thanks to Rhodes Art complex for hosting the event and to everyone for coming along and making the event such a success. There were stall holders offering lots of guidance about the support available, as well as ideas for self-help including exercise and mindfulness techniques which can be very effective.
