Request Description

My request comes in two parts, which may at times be linked.

Part 1
I require a list of all the traders granted consent to trade by virtue of Street Trading Consent in the East Herts administrative area.
In each instance, I require the name of the trader, the nature of their business, the hours they operate and the conditions of the consent granted.
In each instance, I want to know which traders have been assessed for business rates, when they were assessed, the scale of their charges and if not assessed or paying business rates, why not.

In each instance, I want to know which traders have been assessed for business rates, when they were assessed, the scale of their charges and if not assessed or paying business rates, why not.
