Flexible Working and Absenteeism

Request Description

I am a final year postgraduate student at the University of Leicester studying MSc in Human Resources and Management and Training.

I am conducting a research on how flexible working reduces employee absenteeism and turnover in the UK public sector. If possible I'm requesting for absenteeism and turnover statistics from your authority over the period of 2005 and 2014.As well as permission to distribute questionnaires for employees in your authority to help investigate my research question.
