Response

Under Section 12 (4) (b) if two or more requests are made to a public authority by one person then the estimated cost of complying with any of the requests is to be taken to be the estimated total cost of complying with all of them.

A) We do not register on the computer operating system used to administer Business Rates when an application is declined and

B) The Document Imaging System we utilise is not set up in a way that specifically records Relief applications.

We are unable to answer all of the questions as to do so would require examination of every process in the Business Rates document imaging system which would exceed the appropriate limits.
