Could you please provide me with the following information:

1) How much did your organisation spend on postal services in 2013/14 (or most recent annual period)?

2) What postal service provider(s) did your organisation use in 2013/14 (or most recent annual period)?

3) What is the duration of your existing postal services contracts (if any), and when do they end?

4) Do you intend to use Crown Commercial Services Postal Services Framework RM1063 when your current arrangements end?

5) Do you currently or intend to utilise Hybrid Mail Services*? If yes, please provide details of the supplier.

6) Please provide the name and/or job title of the key decision maker pertaining to the selection of Postal Services Providers?

3) What is the duration of your existing postal services contracts (if any), and when do they end? No contract - Under Review

4) Do you intend to use Crown Commercial Services Postal Services Framework RM1063 when your current arrangements end? - Most Likely

5) Do you currently or intend to utilise Hybrid Mail Services*? If yes, please provide details of the supplier. - Currently being used by Democratic Services, and likely to be used by Revs & Bens later this year. Electronic is in house physical royal mail.

6) Please provide the name and/or job title of the key decision maker pertaining to the selection of Postal Services Providers? Joint responsibility between Facilities Manager and Procurement Officer, although one or two Departments have been know to act independently
