If you

· are a full-time student;

· want to claim Second Adult Rebate only

you will not be able to make a claim online. You need to fill in and return a copy of the downloadable  Benefits Claim Form [1Mb]  or pick up a claim form to fill in from one of our reception points.  View details of reception points and contact details.

The application is quite detailed, and it's important that you fill it in completely and accurately - if you get things wrong it will take longer to sort out your claim.
