Get Park Active

Introduction

National Love Parks Week is the perfect excuse for you to get out and enjoy the lovely open spaces in our district. The week runs from July 24-31 and East Herts Council has three free events for you to enjoy.

'Get Park Active' fun day at Southern Country Park, Bishop's Stortford Tuesday July 27 from 2pm-4pm.

You can join a health walk, test your orienteering skills and find out more about the park, plus fun activities for the children including making bird boxes and a fitness treasure trail. The Friends of the park group will have a stand where you can find out about their work in the park and how to get involved.
