Introduction

The Bishop's Stortford 2020 group was established in response to concerns about the future development of the town, and is supported by East Herts Council. Key participants include Bishop's Stortford Town Council, Hertfordshire Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Bishop's Stortford Chamber of Commerce, Hertfordshire County Council, Bishop's Stortford Civic Federation and the Hertfordshire Community Foundation

The Bishop's Stortford 2020 Group have produced a comprehensive vision for the future of the town, and invite all residents and businesses in the town to share it.

A Letter of Intent is included at the bottom of this page.  This letter is an opportunity to declare a commitment to your fellow residents and businesses to support the Bishop's Stortford 2020 Vision, and to share in the aspirations of the group to see Bishop's Stortford grow and thrive into the next decade and beyond
