GrantsIntroductionThe Council's Grants Programme aims to improve the economic, environmental and social wellbeing of people who live in East Herts.
The specific priorities for the Grants Programme are listed below. Applicants will be scored on the degree to which they address the following:
Grants are available for:Community projects, events, health and social care services and activities and East Herts Council can provide financial support to voluntary/ community groups (based in the East Herts area) for community projects, events and services in the East Herts council area. Town and Parish Councils are only eligible to apply to the Local Environment Action Fund (LEAF) and the Community Capital Grant. Schools are only eligible to apply for LEAF grants. The Council wants to grant aid those organisations and groups that cannot find funding anywhere else. The Council encourages all applicants to contact their local Town and Parish Council for funding. To be eligible for a Council grant, your organisation must:

Partnership Investment FundFor match funding toward a grant awarded from the Lottery or other funding source to which you are applying.
