Booking Tickets

Postal Bookings

Patrons booking by post should write to Box Office, Castle Hall, The Wash, Hertford, Herts, SG14 1PS, stating the performance, date, time and price and enclosing a SAE. Cheques should be made payable to East Herts District Council. If you wish to pay by credit card quote your full card number and start/ expiry dates in correspondence. If no SAE is enclosed, tickets will be held at the box office for collection.

Please note:

In common with general theatre practice, tickets may not be exchanged nor will money be refunded unless a performance is cancelled. Patrons are requested to check their tickets at the time of purchase. Tickets may be accepted by the Box Office for resale on behalf of the customer but no responsibility is accepted nor sale guaranteed. Tickets cannot be reserved for collection and payment on the door.

Concessions

Some performances carry concessions, which are available to under 15s, senior citizens, those in receipt of JSA and NUS cardholders. Appropriate ID will be required and concessions must be requested at the time of booking.
