Booking Tickets
In person - at the box office
Bookings may be paid for by cash, cheque or by using your Visa, Mastercard or Switch cards.
The box office is open on weekdays from 10 am - 5 pm and on Saturday from 10 am -1 pm, and is situated at Castle Hall, The Wash, Hertford, Herts, SG14 1PS. On the day of a show the box office opens 1 hour before curtain up.
Please note:
In common with general theatre practice, tickets may not be exchanged nor will money be refunded unless a performance is cancelled. Patrons are requested to check their tickets at the time of purchase. Tickets may be accepted by the Box Office for resale on behalf of the customer but no responsibility is accepted nor sale guaranteed. Tickets cannot be reserved for collection and payment on the door.
