A New service for customers who have internet access, 24 hour internet reservation system, it couldn't be easier. E-mail us at castle.hall@eastherts.gov.uk with Reservations in the subject box. Let us know the event you wish to attend, the number of tickets you require (indicating how many are full price and how many are concessions) and a daytime telephone number. We will call you a.s.a.p for your card details.
Please note:
In common with general theatre practice, tickets may not be exchanged nor will money be refunded unless a performance is cancelled. Patrons are requested to check their tickets at the time of purchase. Tickets may be accepted by the Box Office for resale on behalf of the customer but no responsibility is accepted nor sale guaranteed. Tickets cannot be reserved for collection and payment on the door.
